My love for Turkish cuisine always inspires me to try something new.
Today I made a change in there local bread called "PITA"
Pita bread is a middle eastern flat bread that puffs up when baked creating an air pocket in the middle. As it cools, it deflates and flattens.
So let's start. I introduce "THE ME VERSION OF KEEMA MAKHANI PITA PARATHA."
IT IS SERVED WITH YOGURT SAUSE,MINT SAUSE,
BUT IT TASTE HEAVEN WITH KASHMIRI PINK TEA./ NOON CHAI.
