INGREDIENTS

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 2 CUPS

LEFT OVER ALOO KI SABZI/GRAVY.

DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES(KASURI MEETHI)(3 TEASPOONS)

CUMIN SEEDS(ZEERA)(2 TEASPOONS)

CHOPPED ONION (1 MEDIUM SIZE)

SALT AS PER TASTE

OIL FOR FRYING.

Red chilli flakes

Left over cooked  potatoes with gravy

PREPARATION:

PUT 2 CUP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ATTA IN A BOWL.

ADD WARM WATER TO IT ,SO THAT U GET THICK BATTER,MIX IT WELL SO THAT NO LUMP REMAINS.

NOW  TAKE A LEFT OVER ALOO KI SABZI ALONG WITH GRAVY.FIRST MASH POTATOES FIRST ,THEN ADD THESE MASHED  POTATOES ALONG WITH GRAVY ,ONION PASTE TO FLOUR BATTER AND MIX IT WELL.

NOTE( THE BATTER SHOULD NOT BE TOO THICK NOR TOO RUNNY,IT SHOULD BE LIKE IT CAN BE POURED AND SPREAD EASILY)

NOW ADD CUMIN SEEDS,4 TEASPOONS OF OIL ,3 TEASPOONS OF DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES ,AND ADD CHOPPED ROSTED RED CHILLIES ,CHECK THE AMOUNT OF SALT IN TO IT.&MIX IT WELL.

(IF U WANT MORE SPICY U CAN ADD MORE CHILLI POWDER CORINDER POWDER &GINGER POWDER TO IT.)

NOW HEAT A NON STICK PAN ,FIRST ON HIGH FLAME,NOW POUR APPROPRIATE QUANTITY OF ZEERA ALOO BATTER INTO PAN.LET IT FRY ON HIGH FLAME FOR 2 MINTS ,THEN SLOW THE HEAT AND LET IT COOK FOR REST OF MINT.

FLIP ON ANOTHER SIDE ...TILL BATTER TRANSFORM INTO Golden brown! Ur ALOO PARATHA /POTATO PAN CAKE is ready to serve with Ghee on top or u can enjoy it with Pickle or hung curd.but I love to have it with kashmiri pink salt tea or noon Chai☕...
