Chicken Button Mashroom korma

 You have to treat yourself like a mushroom to some degree, in order to keep on discovering things....SMK.

Ingredients needed,

1.1 kg Button MushroomπŸ„

2.yoghurt 6grms(4 Tablespoon)

3.Ginger garlic paste(2 tablespoon)

4.Ver paste(all spices mix)(1 tablespoon dissolved in 1cup of water.

5.cumin seeds(1 teaspoon roasted)

6.turmeric 1 teaspoon

7.coriander,fennal ,red chilli powder(1 teaspoon each..

8.oil 1 cup 

9 dry.kasoori meethi (1 teaspoon)

10 dry mint leaves 1 teaspoons

11.Chicken cubes 10-12 PCs.

12.fried shallots paste(2 teaspoon)

Prep:

Clean the mushrooms with hot water &dice it into two halves.

Then put these mushrooms in empty vessel and add salt &garlic paste.It will release all murky water,drain that water off.

Then add oil to it. When mushroom turn's golden brownish add ver mixture to it,and rest of spices ...onces it will start releasing oil ..keep it aside.

Now for korma:

Add 6gems of yogurt in copper utensil,beat it well add ginger garlic paste to it keep on rotating on high flame with wooden spatula to avoid curdling of yogurt.add fennel powder,turmeric powder  to it add 1 tablespoon of oil to it& fried chicken cubes to it  &keep on  mixing it till It start releasing oil from sides,add dry kasoori meethi&dry mint leave to it.

Now add this yoghurt gravy to already prep.mushroom gravy...Give it a boil ...

A thick spicy creamy chkn Button Mushroom korma is ready to Tentilize ur palate as well as  ur soul.🌢🍲😎😝🀀
