Nargisi Koftay (Egg Kofta Curry) 🥚 Ingredients For Koftas: Boiled eggs – 4–5 Minced meat (keema: mutton/chicken) – 300 g Onion (finely chopped) – 1 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp Red chilli powder – ½ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Salt – to taste Oil – for shallow/deep frying For Gravy: Onions (paste) – 2 medium Tomatoes (pureed) – 2 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp Yogurt (whisked) – ½ cup Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Chana powder Almond powder Corinder powder  Rice powder (basmati rice).
