Creamy walnut chicken puffy Tart.
Surely we should try to save something that, when done well, is not only a supreme example of the art of cooking, but a dish that encapsulates humankind's entire culinary history!
Talking about its taste...it has a creamy taste just like a shorma roll,u can say it is a facelift of shorma roll in to puffy pastry.

Ingredients for Tart/ filling.
Shredded chicken
Nutralite butter
Onion paste
Walnut paste
Daily cream / Malie.
Black pepper powder
Chopped coriander.
Dry fenugreek leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder.
Salt
Preparation.
Put boneless chicken in hot water add ginger garlic paste& 1 teaspoon of turmeric to it ,just give a 1 boil so that meat gets little tender and can be shredded easily.
Now make onion paste 1 medium size.
3. Heat a non stick pan,add 2 teaspoon of nutrilite butter .add cumin powder ,onion paste dry fenugreek leaves to it,now add shredded chicken to it ,
Now add black pepper powder 1 teaspoon and salt to it .keep on frying it on low flame.
Now add walnut paste to it.add normal daily cream / Malai to it and keep sautΓ© it on low flame onces the color change from.white to creamy & butter starts releasing from sides the filling is ready.
For puff/ pastry .
U can buy readymade puff sheets from market or check my previous recipes
Here I use normal ready made puffs available in market.
Now Heat the pan on low flame add 1 teaspoons of butter to it.place a puff on it and cover the lid.
Wait for 5-8 mints u will see the puff will start rising &each flake rises .
Now with the help of spoon make a deep pocket inside the puff,
Put the creamy walnut chicken filling inside it ,and press the puff .and then again on low flame let it bake at least for 5 min from both side.
Onces the crust turned into golden .its ready to serve with any sauce.πΆπ
When its me there is alwys a scope of customization & yes it can also be customized into veg /non veg/ Savory/ sugary..π
