A family needs variety of ingredients which keeps them.together ,so as my new recipe... Full of ingredients..&yummy to eat... Have u ever heard about tandoori dal...yes a dal which will bring back flavor of tandoor in to ur Palate ..

The Tandoori 3D MAKHANI
INGREDIENTS:
RAJMA DAL(I CUP)
MOONG DAL(2 tablespoon)
(Chana dak(2tablespoon)
Onionpaste(2 large)
Ghee/0il(1 cup)
Tomatoes(1-2)\
Zeera(1 tea spoon)\
Kalonji seed(8-10seeds\
Haldi(1tea spoon)
Red chilli powder(1teaspoob
Ginger/garlic paste(1 teaspoon)
Corinder powder(1teaspoon)
Shallots (pran) (1 tea spoon)
Cloves(2)
Salt for taste
METHOD: PUT THE 3 DAL TOGETHER & keep it in hot water for almost 3o minute.
Then in a cooker add ghee put dry spices in it toss it properly ..then add onion paste and tomato paste in it..fry it till onion turns golden add ginger garlic paste ,then add all pulses ..fry it then add turmeric,coriander powder and fry it... { in place to all the above mentioned spices I added 2 tabke spoon of my home created mix of spices( Sherry diplospicomix which smell like biryani ma's ala) .then keep on frying and adding some water so that mixture doesn't stick to bottom of cooker ones it will start releasing call the ghee from side of the cooker ..u can add water and fried shallots to it nd give 5 -6 whistle to it....after this open the lid nd check wtr the pulses are soften ...If done place a foil and hot burned charcoal inside it and put ghee over it and close the lid... Keep it for 20 mints,then remove the lid garnish it with green Onion and chillies and enjoy the aroma if thandoor nd get burst into flavor of makhanniii ...n buttery cremy taste....©shariqamaryamk.
