    Sweets are not always about milk,sugar only. u can make use of healthy green veggie to create a sweet mistake...yes a sweet out of vegetable 
  The CALABASH DRYFRUIT FUJ( LOKI KI BARFI) with a ting of crocus sativa

 Ingredients;
Bottle gourd (Loki) medium size
Ghee= 2tablespoon
Crushed sugar = 1/2 cup
Milk powder=2 teaspoon
Honey=2teaspoon
Crushed dry fruit.
Crocus sativa (saffron) 6-7 twings dipped in few drops of water.
Condense milk=1tablespoon
Elachi powder = 1small tea spoon
  Method
Wash and remove seeds from Loki
Then grate it ,then squeeze it to remove water from it.
Then in a open non stick pan add 2 tablespoons of ghee ,then add grated Loki in to it n stire  it continuously till all moisture gets almost absorbed,then add sugar/honey ...coconut powder.and elachi powder to it .then cover the lid for 5-10 min till it start releasing ghee sidewise..then add milk powder and mix it without making lumps...add zaffron drops to it to enhance its aroma.when the whole mixture starts leaving  the pan,turn off the heat and transfer the whole  mixture in to bowl (already rubbed with ghee inside).press the mixture garnish with ur FAv..dryfruts...and refrigerate it for at least 45 mint..then cut it in to required shape &size...
