Ingredients needed
Chicken 1 kg
Onions  4 medium size
Vinegar as per sourness
Oil 2cup
Dry mint twings 2-4
 Dry spices
Rosted red chilli paste(2-4 large size chilli
Haldi (1 small tea spoon)
Ginger/garlic( 6 juvelians)
Cloves(2)
Fennel powder( 1small spoon)
Cum min seeds(I small spoon)
Kalonji seeds(3-4seeds)
Salt as per taste
 In case u don't have time to remeber all this just add 3 balls of sherry bombshell mic spices..(short&precise.)
  Now come to main recipe,





METHOD:wash and fry the chicken in a oil,do apply haldi to chken b4 u fry..., then make a paste of onion in mix with added finger to it..then fry this onion paste in an open vessel ...then added roasted dry spices(zeera,kalonji,) only at this stage.when the onions turns transparent and golden add (haldi first then add fennel nd fry add few drops of water to it...then add rosted red chilli paste...fry it slowly till red chill releases all the cap cine(red color) to avoid wastage of time I simply added my sherry bombshell mix of spice to onion and fryed it till red color gravy is ready..then add salt to taste nd add fryed chicken to it...let it sauté for 5 mint& add mint twings.then add 3 glass of water to it..and cover the lit let it simmer till chicken softens....
Note( don't use too much of water in gravy the difference between. Rogan josh & korma lies in gravy...korma always have which nd short gravy, & if u want to make NY sort of meat to soften quickly try to fry it on ghee or add few drops of ghee to gravy💁🏻🙌🏻)© shariqamaryamk
