INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1.GREEN LENTILS(moong Dal)1 cup.
2.walnut cream
3.onion paste(1 small)
4.almond,cashew paste
5.ginger garlic paste
6.cumin seed
Ghee/ nutila butter 2 tablespoon
Fennel powder(1 teaspoon)
Turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)
Red chilli powder(2-3 pinch)
Cloves
Salt
Preparation: put all the dry fruit +walnut into hot water keep it over night and blend it to make thick paste.
Place green lentils overnight in hot water ,this will reduce cooking time.
Now put lentils in prsuure cooker ,add 3cup of water to it ,add turmeric ;fennel power &ginger garlic paste ,give it a steam till lentils gets soft.
Now heat nutila in non stick pan add zeera ,onion paste to it.then add dry fruit paste to it also add ginger garlic paste to it ,sauté it till ghee/ nutrella starts real sing from all sides ,
Now add cooked lentils to it and saute it well till it turns greeny creamy gravy ,
Garnish it with golden brown fried shallots.and garnish with cashew @nd almond.
