Tomato (1 large)
Walnut (2-3)
Ghee/nutrila butter 2 tablespoon
Ginger /garlic paste 1 teaspoon each
Cumin seeds roasted 1 teaspoon
Turmeric
Red chilli powder
Fennal powder
Salt
PREPARATION
For walnut cream: put 3-4 walnut in hot boiling water for 20 mint.then blend it till u get thick creamy texture.
For Raj ma: soak Brown beans in hot water and cover it with lid &keep it over night.(this will help in fast cooking)
.put rajma in cooker put 1 tablespoon of ghee/butter and all spices to it and cook it till Beans gets soften.but don't add salt (otherwise they turn hard)
Then add 1 tablespoon of ghee/butter in pan add chopped tomatoes to it ,add red chilli powder turmeric 1 teaspoon each ...add cumin seeds to it when it Start real sing oil from sides add 3 teaspoon of walnut cream and let it simmer for 10 mint ,
Then add already prepared Brown bean gravy to it ,and let it simmer ,till u get thick creamy gravy &it start real sing ghee from.all sides.
Now Garmish it with crispy fried shallots.
U can enjoy it with na an,plain white rice,taste heaven with Basmati Rice🤤🤤🤤🤤.
