Usually it is served with pink kashmiri tea (noon Chai) but it taste heaven with honey...🍯🤤🤤.It is available through out the year and mostly consumed by village people,but in winter it gain its importance because it keeps body warm and is good source of energy.

INGREDIENTS
MAIZE FLOUR 2 CUPS
GHEE 2SPOON(KASHMIRI GHEE)
SALT PINCH
WARM WATER
PREPARATION:
ADD 2 CUP OF MAIZE FLOUR IN A KNEADING BOWL ,ADD WARM WATER 1/2 CUP
Then add 2 teaspoon of ghee in it,and pinch of salt to it knead it well ...u will get nice coarse thick dough.
As the wheat dough breaks easily.so place a dough ball on polythene sheets,and cover it with polythene sheet on top also.now with help of Rolling pin spread it evenly.
Heat pan and add few drops of ghee.and place flattened dough(chot) on pan..and bake it ..till u get nice golden crush.
Now ur MAKIE CHOT IS READY TO BE SERVED WITH PINK SALT TEA(NOON CHAI).☕
