Haryali LAL BUNNA GOSH HANDI BIRYANI

If you are a voracious meat eater🍖 and have a good taste for selected spices then  this recipe is perfect for your  pallet😋 so let us begin with our today's recipe "Huriyali Lal buna Gosh Hand  biryani"

Ingredients needed 

3 cup basmati rice ( double chabbi)

Mutton 1kg

Shaan biryani ma's ala(3 teaspoon)

Haryali ma's ala(1 teaspoon thin paste in hot water)

Lal maz ma's ala (1teaspoon in thin paste)

Butter (2teaspoon)

Oil(2teaspoon)

Cumin seed(2teaspoon)

 Fresh mint chopped 

Fried shallot for Garnish 

For Bunna gosh :

Marinate 1/2 kg mutton with hung curd(3table spoon) and biryani ma's ala.for at least 2hrs with few drop of oil in to it.

Prep of rice: 

put 3 cup of double chabi rice in a hot boiling water add dry ma's ala like 2 cloves,1 cinnamon stick,salt zeera ,few drop of fresh lemon juice,oil few drops  &let it boil till 70% is done ,now drain the water 

COOKING URTENSIL NEEDED:EARTHEN POT /HAND 



Preparation

For bunna gosh ,put all the marination on non stick pan,now transfer all merinagion in the pan .let it cook til it releases oil from.all.sides.

 Now  place a piece of butter inside earhen pot and keep on adding par boiled Ric and my special choosen masala sause (hariyali &all ma's ala)  

   But u can alsoake.use normal red &turmeric powder for all gosh and mint 

Now start doing layering following the patter like bunna gosh,then 1/2 cooked rice and few drops of special ma's ala .

Now on top of it add fried shallots.

Now seal the handi with dough so that  no steam escape from sides of handi.

Now let it cook for 30 mints first on high flame& then on slow one

Now remove the seal and enjoy the aeromatic ..hariyali lam Maz bunna Handi biryani.....🍲
